Mr. Filatov graduated from the Moscow Physical Technical Institute as an engineer-physicist, as well as from the F.E. Dzerzhinsky Military Academy as a mathematician. Until 1995 he worked at the Research Institute of the Ministry of Defense. Since 1995 he has been working in large companies as CEO or Deputy CEO. Since 2001 he has held senior positions in CV PROTEK in key areas of Company’s operations: marketing, logistics, strategic planning and development. Until 2011 he served as a Deputy CEO for Strategic Development. Prior to IPO, Mr. Filatov solved and successfully accomplished the task of optimizing operations of the Company to achieve an increase in capitalization of PROTEK Group as a whole. He is appointed as a CEO of ZAO CV PROTEK on February 1.
