CV PROTEK held a conference for pharmaceutical companies
On September 24, 2015 CV PROTEK held a conference for manufacturers of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products. The primary focus of attention was made on the new economic conditions, key trends of the pharmaceutical market and conditions for successful cooperation between industry players. The focus was made on the new opportunities for long-term cooperation between the manufacturer and the distributor.
At the event, presentations were made by the President of OJSC Protek Vadim Muziaev, General Director of CV PROTEK Dmitriy Pogrebinskiy and Commercial Director of CV PROTEK Boris Popov.
Within the framework of the conference a panel discussion was held, which was attended by representatives of analytical agencies and experts of the pharmaceutical industry: Director of DSM Group Sergei Shuliak, Development Director of ARENSI Pharma Nikolai Bespalov, Director of the Centre of Social Economy David Melik-Guseinov and Director of the Healthcare subdivision of Synovate Comcon LLC Oleg Feldman. The moderators of the session were the publisher-editor-in-chief of Vademecum magazine Dmitriy Kriazhev and Commercial Director of CV PROTEK Boris Popov.
In the course of discussion participants discussed the forecasts for the market growth in monetary terms in 2016, having spoken out in favor of the average growth rates of 10-15%; ways to interact with pharmacy chains, as well as the qualities of the distributor, which are the most in-demand among manufacturers in a down economy. In the course of interactive voting reliability was chosen by the majority of attendees (68%) as the main advantage of the distributor.
Concluding speech was given by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Protek Vadim Yakunin. He summed up the conference by defining the model of the product supply chain “production — distribution — retail” as the only economically viable model in today’s market conditions. Finally Vadim Iakunin thanked the manufacturers for the productive cooperation with CV PROTEK.
