Personnel changes in Protek Group

Protek Group announced that Yury Hilinsky is appointed Director General of the leading customs and logistics operator Tranceservice Customs Warehouse LLC included in the distribution segment of the Group.

Nikolay Yakovlev, who held this position before, decided to leave the company and to change his career. Yury Hilinsky begins to work as Director General of Tranceservice Customs Warehouse on February 1. His responsibilities in this position will include the management of Tranceservice Customs Warehouse LLC, as well as of customs warehouse facility of class A containing all the necessary infrastructure to provide a full range of logistics services.

Yury Hilinsky graduated from the Serpukhov Higher Military Command Engineering School in 1984. In 2008, he received the diploma of the Russian Academy of Civil Service. From 1979 to 2000, he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Yury Hilinsky started his career in Protek Group in 2000 as the Customs Clearance Manager. Since 2001, Yury Aleksandrovich has held various management positions in the company. In 2013, he was appointed the First Deputy General Director of TRANSSERVICE Customs Warehouse LLC and has been holding this position up to the present day.
