CV Protek introduced electronic document management in more than 5,000 pharmacies
CV Protek is successfully implementing the project aimed at introduction of the electronic document management (EDM) in cooperation with its customers. Presently, more than 5,000 pharmacies use paperless technology of legal documents exchange in their daily work. Dozens of bills and invoices per day, thousands of products descriptions, certificates and price negotiation memorandums are much faster created and signed in electronic format.
Once an order is placed, all the supporting documents are instantly delivered to the personal account of the pharmacy, signed documents are automatically saved in the accounting system, and pharmacists save a lot of time for prompt finding of any document and making reconciliations of payments. The implemented procedure complies with the law, therefore all electronic documents are legally binding, they do not need to be printed and sent in hard copy.
Accounting and warehouse management system is used as a documents exchange platform. To start work you should contact a Protek representative, get an electronic signature and create your personal account. It is possible to work with electronic documents in any place with the Internet access using a computer, a smartphone or a tablet. Signing of documents from Protek for pharmacies is free of charge.
