The logistics terminal of CV Protek is now open to all virtual visitors
ZAO CV PROTEK is in the bankruptcy proceeding with a structure of one of the largest Russian pharmacy chains Apteka 36.6. The petition for recognizing the debtor - OOO POS-HOLDING-Region, incorporated in Apteka 36.6 - insolvent (bankrupt) was filed and registered on August 21 with the arbitration court of the Moscow Oblast. Despite statements of 36.6 the debt of OOO POS-HOLDING-Region has not been yet repaid as the outstanding amount has not been received on Protek’s settlement account in full. Besides, in view of partial repayment of the debt of OOO Wholesale Warehouse Atoll-Pharm (the outstanding amount due under the issued writ of execution is more than 22 million roubles), the company filed with the arbitration court a petition for the insolvency (bankruptcy) of OAO Veropharm acting as the guarantor under the deal of ZAO CV PROTEK with OOO Wholesale Warehouse Atoll-Pharm. The company has also filed with the arbitration court petitions for recognizing insolvent (bankrupt) OOO Apteka 36.6 Krasnodar, the legal successor of several reorganized debtors with a total outstanding amount of 4,117,756 roubles 34 kopecks, and OOO Pos-Holding (the outstanding amount is 5,166,225.05 roubles).
The total outstanding amount due by the pharmacy chain 36.6 to CV PROTEK is currently above 255 million roubles. Though all claims of CV PROTEK have been satisfied by court in full, 36.6 is not willing to meet its commitments to pay for goods delivered and delays the repayment process.
Aleksey Molchanov, General Director of CV PROTEK, remarks, “We still firmly believe that within the framework of a civilized market relationships between the supplier and the client must be regulated on a contractual basis, and not by court decisions”.
