CJSC CV PROTEK and ZAO Apteki 36.6 signed an amicable agreement

CJSC CV PROTEK and ZAO Apteki 36.6 have signed an amicable agreement stipulating repayment of the debt of ZAO Apteki 36.6, Moscow, a subsidiary of CJSC Pharmacy Chain 36.6, amounting to 95 million roubles.

The court session that will be held on September 1, 2009, in the ninth arbitration court of appeals, will affirm the signing of the amicable agreement under which ZAO Apteki 36.6 undertakes to repay 50% of its debt by September 15; the remaining outstanding amount will be repaid by October 15, 2009.

Pharmacy Chain 36.6 is consistent in fulfilling its commitments to CV Protek and is willing to repay current debts of its other subsidiaries, in particular, of OOO Wholesale Warehouse Atoll-Pharm, in accordance with Russian legislative requirements
