Pharmacy Chain 36.6 and CV PROTEK have signed the agreement for the repayment of the remaining outstanding amount

CJSC CV PROTEK and CJSC Management Company Pharmacy Chain 36.6 have signed an agreement on the conditions for the repayment of the remaining outstanding amount equal to 153.8 million roubles.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the agreement the debt will be repaid by the end of 2009. This agreement has put a full stop to a series of negotiations regulating financial relationships as regards accounts payable of Pharmacy Chain 36.6 due to CV PROTEK.

Earlier, on August 31, 2009, CJSC CV PROTEK and ZAO Apteki 36.6 signed an amicable agreement on the conditions for the repayment of the debt of ZAO Apteki 36.6, Moscow, a subsidiary of OJSC Pharmacy Chain 36.6, amounting to 95 million roubles.
