Meeting of Customs Policy Public Advisory Board

A regular and final 2009 meeting of Customs Policy Public Advisory Board was held in the Federal Customs Service on December 7. Nikolay Polyansky, Deputy Director General for External Relations of ZAO CV PROTEK participated in the meeting as a chairman of committee of the Union of Professional Pharmaceutical Organizations for Customs Policy.

A lot of issues were considered in the meeting, one of which is approval of Board work plan for 2010. Nikolay Polyansky submitted for the Board’s consideration an issue of "New technologies applicable to the medications" urgency of which is conditioned by social directivity of pharmaceutical industry and peculiarities of customs clearance, logistics and medication control. This issue was approved and incorporated in the draft work plan of Customs Policy Public Advisory Board for 2010.
