Logistical Structure

CV Protek has its own logistical structure, which is capable to secure the presence of a product made by your Company in any part of Russia. You will have the Company’s regional network at your disposal, including 41 branches, 46 trade representative offices, and 36 depot warehouses.

With the goal of efficient sales management and rational use of the logistical system, Protek has established six regional business areas (regional directorates), such as Central, Moscow, the Moscow Oblast, Volga, South, Urals, and East. The clients located in each of the above areas get their service from the central regional warehouses located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don, Saratov, Kazan, and Novosibirsk.

Warehouse Capabilities and Technical Processes

We have the one of the best warehouse capabilities in Russia. According to 2008 data, the total area of our warehouse facilities amounts to 175,000 sq m. Transservice customs and warehouse, which is the central logistical complex of the Company, is located in the town of Pushkino outside of Moscow. This is where the goods are shipped from to all the Company’s branches and orders are put together for the clients based in the Moscow Oblast and adjacent areas. The terminal has a dedicated customs area with standalone infrastructure, including customs warehouse, temporary storage warehouse, and the Schelkovo Customs Mamontovo Office.

We use the latest warehouse technical processes to secure prompt and uninterrupted order flow for our clients, such as

1. cross docking, which includes acceptance of goods and prompt order filling at the warehouse without placing goods in the storage area
2. consolidated sorting, when multiple orders are being formed at the same time
3. charge and shoot technique, when the replenishment and putting orders together are done at different time
4. wave-like order filling in line with established priorities
5. load management, i.e. information interaction with the marketing units and clients in order to process and deliver incoming orders.

Delivery Modes

Transservice, our central logistical complex, ships goods to its clients based in the Moscow Oblast three times a day, one to four times a week, to all Company’s branches.
